At Nuage, we want you to feel as light as air in your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We ensure a seamless transition from your closet back to ours if the fit or style isn't exactly what you dreamed of.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all Nuage tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your digital confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
